At Foxtail Coffee Co, we want you to love every brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and unopened coffee bags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and that coffee bags remain sealed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our central roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
